Goals for week
1-eat 26 points a day
2-workout 30 min on treadmill three times this week
3- plan meals ahead of time
4-write on here every Sunday and more if I can
5-watch biggest loser this season to be inspired
I did all of my goals this week. :) Things are going good. New biggest loser season is good. The new trainer Dulvett is amazing plus I am in love with Bob.
I made it through day one on 26 points. I am going to do 26 during the week and 29 on the weekends. Day one was good not hungry at all but tomorrow will be another story.
I’m BACK
So here’s to 2012 and making it a year to remember. I am ready to get on track and stay on track so I have come up with a few things I will be doing. First I printed a calendar for the month and put it on closet door so every night I am checking off day if it was a good one. Keeping my target to focus on one month. Second also posted my goals on sticky notes to my closet so I see them daily. Third putting a quote up a day on mirror to keep positive and motivated. Today’s quote “the only way out is through”.

Kel- new meal I am trying this week is in the crockpot with chicken breast, can of pineapple and Hawaiian BBQ sauce. Cook and put over rice. Let you know how it goes:)

Kel what’s this make up you have? Good stuff? Next I have been off track for a while but tomorrow is a new day and my day to start over. Always on then off but at least I am staying the same weight. :) So now it’s time to get going again. I need to get a dress for the wedding still and I wanted to wear leggings when we are down there. Want to look cute. So I am going to make new goals today for the next month. 34 days til Atlanta. Hope everyone had a good weekend.

Ok ladies I have really freaky hands. My thumb can go back even farther. Wow. Could only do my hand cus I am in pjs. I would say today was a thumbs up kinda day. Kel your pic is great and Katie your bangs look great. Kristin, I am up for a road trip and good luck with all the comedy stuff. You are AWESOME at what you. Well off to pack some more.

Kelli high five for running for 20 minutes. You rock :). Keep up the good work. Last day of work this week and then off to raleigh. I survived so far but my eating has not been good. I have ate in my points for sure or possibly less because I have been stressing and have no appetite. I will post some pretty pics of north Carolina while there. Kel u and Tom crack me up or should I say make me STM. Have a great day all. :)
Day 1
So I didn’t do so great staying on track yesterday because Meghan took me out to lunch. I didn’t eat much after that so I think I am ok but couldnt figure out points for the meal. I packed my lunch today so it’s all good. Happy eating!!!!
One more thing. This is Kates new back to school look. She is in the zone. I think all of you are inspiring me to go back to school also. So many things going on for everyone right now. I love it.
New beginnings
Let me start with saying Kelli,don’t stop blogging. I have not been writing on here but that is a goal for the week but I really enjoy reading yours. My goals for this week are 1-to blog more this week 2-stay in points every day this week and 3-walk 3 times after work. Oh and I reached my goal from last week of walking 3 times. My month goal is to lose 5 pounds and doing arm exercises to make my fat arms go away just a little maybe. I am writing from my phone but when I get on my computer I will organize it better. This is going back a little on your blogs Kel but about your new liking for eggs I had some info to share. Katie kept telling me that girls at work microwave there eggs in the morning and I thought that sounds awful and gross but come to find out lots of people do it and it’s not as big of a mess. I bought little glass bowls that can go in microwave and you scramble egg and cook for 1 minute then it comes out in the perfect shape for a English muffin or circle bun. Add some cheese and meat and you have a protein filled meal. Well tomorrow starts the new job and usually any kind of change throws me all off and I get all off track with eating, exercising and just plain life lol so I am hoping I don’t blow it this whole week and stay on track. I am going to have a positive mind set and it will be all good. Hope everyone has a great week. :)
