Goals for week
1-eat 26 points a day
2-workout 30 min on treadmill three times this week
3- plan meals ahead of time
4-write on here every Sunday and more if I can
5-watch biggest loser this season to be inspired

I did all of my goals this week. :) Things are going good. New biggest loser season is good. The new trainer Dulvett is amazing plus I am in love with Bob.
